Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to paid features until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are provided for partial months.

2. Refund Policy

We offer the following refund terms:

  • Annual plans: Full refund within 14 days of purchase, prorated refund thereafter
  • Monthly plans: No refunds for partial months
  • Setup fees: Non-refundable
  • Add-on services: Refunded on a case-by-case basis

3. Service Credits

SLA-based service credits (as defined in our SLA) are applied as account credits and are not refundable as cash.

4. Free Trial

Free trial users are not charged and may cancel at any time. Upon downgrade from Pro to Free, access to Pro features is restricted at the end of the billing period.

5. Data Export

Upon cancellation, you may export your data for 30 days after the subscription ends. After this period, data is permanently deleted unless required for legal compliance.

6. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback, your account will be immediately suspended. We will provide documentation of the transaction to resolve the dispute.
